Therapy is a relationship. It is a conversation. Each one of us is unique, but our problems usually are not. There are solutions. You can get better. Whatever you have to share, I can handle. I may be surprised but never shocked. I am well suited working with people struggling with PTSD, trauma, sexual abuse/assault, depression, anxiety and grief. I am comfortable dealing with uncomfortable situations. I work with people of all ages (teens on up) and from all walks of life. I specialize in working with first responders (police and fire).
