My journey to being a therapist began working in residential mental health treatment. Then I began doing crisis work with youth and ARMHS work before moving into full-time therapy. My education has given me a well-rounded background that has been integral in my work as a therapist. Before obtaining my master’s degree in clinical counseling, my undergraduate education focused on criminal justice (victimology emphasis), psychology, and writing. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals of all ages with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, stress, phase of life transitions, and many more challenges.
