Welcome to my practice! I work from a strengths-based approach exploring individual narratives in the context of their family cultures and community experiences. I see myself as a thought partner, a co-pilot, a cheer leader, a consultant to seek creative solutions to the challenges that bring you or your child into therapy. Therapy is a place to feel safe and heard, to feel valued and understood. For parents considering therapy for your child, I look forward to partnering with you in supporting your child to best navigate the challenges they are facing. My practice hours are Mon & Fri for both in-person and virtual appointments View 6 Photos With over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and young adults in both private practice and schools, I am very mindful of healthy development, life stages and academic challenges. In addition to being part of your support system, I am very comfortable with school advocacy and always happy to provide referrals in whatever area is needed.
