I have over 18 years experience working with clients of all ages. Areas of specialty include: anxiety, complex anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, Women's Health, self-esteem, relationships, career and academic exploration, and other stressors. I am passionate about helping women grow and nurture their relationship with themselves, their dynamic identity and their body. I am also passionate about helping parents grow together in their parenting journey and explore how to feel successful while raising children. Many people try to just "get by." I use therapy as a way to help clients thrive and feel successful in the world around them. Our practice is centered on working with children, teens, college students, and adults. A phone consultation can be scheduled to explore your intentions for treatment and to schedule an initial session. We are genuinely passionate about the work we do. During the initial session, we also discuss goals for treatment, as broad or as specific as you prefer.
