Therapy should be a safe and collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, pressure, or expectation. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through both insight and practical tools. My approach is Person Centered (you set the pace) and Humanistic (you are inherently capable of healing and self-actualization). This means the trajectory of your counseling journey will depend significantly on your input. I believe you have the answers within and it’s my job as the clinician to facilitate an experience conducive to self-discovery, healing, and growth.
