My ideal clients are kids, teens, and young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, or identity struggles. I believe every client is the expert of their own story, and I walk alongside them with compassion and curiosity. My approach blends emotional education, creative expression, and practical tools to build self-esteem, strengthen relationships, and support authentic growth. I value honesty, humor, and creating a space where clients feel safe being fully themselves.
