At present, I work primarily with individuals aged 14 to 30. I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults and particularly with those who are late recognized/late diagnosed neurodivergent. I believe that intervening with young individuals can help provide them the tools to navigate the struggles of life long after their therapy has ended. I enjoy working with individuals who are looking to explore and gain a better understanding of themselves while navigating symptoms related to mental health struggles. I strive to work from a neurodiversity affirming perspective and am also trained in EMDR. I also provide psychological and psychoeducational assessments for individuals aged 7+ for questions related to overall diagnosis, autism (children & adults), ADHD (children & adults), learning difficulties, and more.
