I am eager to work with clients who are ready and motivated to learn deeply about themselves and their relationships. I love to support people on their journey into vulnerability and change. I think change starts with connection to ourselves and those around us. I'm passionate about helping individuals and couples (ages 18+) with life adjustments/transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship dynamics. My method is rooted in empathy, connection, humor, and understanding. I approach people with an open and accepting mindset. I specialize in couples counseling and treating trauma with EMDR.
