If you are going through a major life transition, coming into your own as an adult, are bicultural, or in the perinatal (pre-pregnancy, pregnant, postpartum) phase of life, we may be a good fit to work together and I'd be honored to be on a therapy journey with you. You might be an anxious first time parent, bicultural mom navigating cultural differences through and after becoming a parent, or facing postpartum anxiety or depression. There is support for you! Now licensed in MO and TX! While my most commonly used approaches are somatic based, treatments are not one size fits all. We’ll work together to decide the best approach for you. I truly believe that therapy sessions are collaborative and will always listen to your feedback to adjust what we can.
