I am a mental health counselor providing care through Irwin Counseling Service at our new Ann Arbor office. I am currently accepting new clients on a limited basis and offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate diverse needs. While my counseling practice serves a variety of concerns, my background in athletics uniquely informs my work. I hold a Master’s in Athletic Leadership from Boise State University and spent eight years in the athletics field before transitioning to mental health counseling. I recently earned my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I integrate my expertise in athletics to support clients navigating identity challenges, life transitions, and conflict resolution—whether within or beyond the athletic realm.
