I provide a warm space with unconditional positive regard. I use trauma informed interventions to help support my clients through complex experiences. I believe every client needs a counselor they can trust and feel supported. A therapeutic relationship is most important in my work with clients. My training includes EMDR, CBT and I have experience with adults and teenagers.
