I work with individuals (ages 14 & up) looking for relief, direction, & improvement. I am licensed to see patients state-wide in CA & PA & FL through my online teletherapy practice. Most people I work with have busy minds & overthink...a lot. They are people pleasers & repeat patterns & behaviors that they know aren't helping them. They are people who want change & know that things don't need to be this hard. I see many people who are not only looking for coping strategies in difficult moments, but who are looking for useful & impactful tools to help them to feel better not just in a difficult moment, but for the long term.
