LMFT: MD, TX, MI I am a former educator and school principal turned therapist. My joy is working with all types of adults. My ideal client is reflective and purposeful. My clients are typically professionals navigating life transitions, entrepreneurs balancing work and life, young adults exploring careers and learning to “adult”, adoptees of all ages discovering their identities and processing trauma, and birth/first mothers navigating grief and loss. I support my clients through reflection, trauma processing, self-discovery, and identity development so that they can embrace mental clarity live purposefully.
