Hello! First, I want to acknowledge that looking for a therapist is a brave step towards your wellness, recovery and healing. So strong work for getting to this step! Therapy is a process, and it takes strength and vulnerability to get to where you want to be. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where together we can work through your challenges so that you may reach a place of greater stability and healing. I will work with you on learning new ways of conceptualizing your challenges, identifying your strengths, and we will work collaboratively on developing coping skills to help you take charge of your life again.
