Hi! My name is Abby Kropenske and I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider and Certified Social Worker. I have a history working in outpatient therapy and a military base. I enjoy working with clients through a trauma focused lens. Looking back through our struggles, we can work to find a new normal. Opening up to someone is a hard first step to a new life of fulfillment. Sometimes this is easier when we have a person to walk with. Leading a life that makes you feel safe, supported, and more then "fine" is attainable. My specialty is in Military Social Work. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy), Circle of security, CBT, Gottman, and objective family therapy. I strive to meet the client where they are and creating a safe space to work through life's struggles.
