I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping teenagers, adults, and couples to navigate the complexities of their lives. My approach is empathetic and empowering, providing a safe and supportive environment where clients develop resilience, coping strategies, and achieve lasting positive change. In marriage therapy, I use principles of The Gottman Method to restore trust and effective communication. I enjoy helping clients to become mentally stronger, meet their life goals, and know that they are enough. Life issues and mental health struggles can be difficult, but you do not have to go through it alone. I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral, Holistic-Based, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic Therapy. I provide a collaborative space to explore your thoughts and feelings. I want clients to build resiliency so that we can find solutions to solve issues and move forward positively in life. At this time, I offer daytime and weekend availability.
