I am a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years in practice. I seek to provide a safe, comfortable and supportive environment in which clients can explore their struggles and how to best address them, in order to experience more peace and live more authentically. I employ a variety of techniques to achieve these goals, including CBT, psychoanalytic, coping strategies, family systems and most importantly, Rogerian based humanistic treatment. My belief about therapy is that it should be client centered; that every person is unique, and should be treated as an individual.
