Hi, I’m Abby! I enjoy working alongside clients to understand and address mental and behavioral health concerns that are negatively impacting you and your life. My goal is always to help clients not just survive but also find ways to thrive, regardless of symptoms or diagnosis. I have experience working in a hospital setting as well as community mental health, and have worked with clients of diverse backgrounds and varied reasons for seeking therapy. I may be a good fit for clients interested in better understanding themselves as well as those seeking symptom management.
