If you're a parent feeling overwhelmed, unsure of how to help your child or teen manage big emotions or challenging behaviors—you’re not alone. I specialize in working primarily with clients ages 4 to 18 who are navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, as well as those coping with difficult life experiences. Using a play-based approach, I help children express themselves in ways that feel safe and natural, while building the tools they need to regulate emotions, develop coping skills, and grow in confidence.
