Hi, my name is Abby and I'm glad you are here. I love getting to know individuals on a deeper level, and I am honored to provide a space for people to share their stories. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and body image. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP). I have extensive training in treating eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. When working with food and body related issues I work from a Health At Every Size (HAES), weight inclusive, anti-diet, and Intuitive Eating approach. I also enjoy helping individuals work through any sensory related issues with food, phobias regarding food, or selective eating behaviors (such as Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder or ARFID). I will help you (or your child) to decrease feelings of anxiety about food and meal times.
