I create a relaxed, fun, and personable therapy experience! I enjoy working with all individuals aged 6+. In our time together, I will teach therapeutic devices such as coping skills, symptom management, emotion identification, cognitive restructuring, and self-care. I am trained in EMDR which allows clients to reprocess trauma and combat negative core beliefs they hold about themselves. My athletic background allows me to relate to active individuals and connect their physical and mental health. I enjoy working with clients on navigating life transitions, such as graduation, moving, and new relationships.
