Hello, I'm Abby! I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to ensure all the work applied in therapy aligns with their inner-self. I also adapt and shift interventions as needed. I strive to offer a non-judgmental space for clients of all genders, abilities, ethnicities, sexualities, and religions. I am passionate about supporting individuals from the LGBTQ+ Community, as I recognize the need to create safe & welcoming environments for them to seek therapy. My passion for this work drives me to ensure that every person I work with feels respected, understood, & empowered throughout their therapeutic journey I combine what clients bring to session with my clinical knowledge, to cultivate growth, unconditional acceptance, and comfort, to explore what is necessary for healing & growth. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to assist clients with learning about their thought-patterns and how to create a healthier inner-dialogue.
