We all hold experiences that make moving forward hard. Maybe you're carrying pain from the past or questioning who you are and where you belong. I specialize in supporting teens and adults working through emotional dysfunction, trauma, relationship issues, and identity exploration. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand or struggle to show up as their full selves, especially in environments that haven’t always felt safe. As a queer therapist, I prioritize providing an affirming space for clients to explore their identity and relationships.
