I work with adults to help them live a more satisfying, connected and engaged life. We all move towards heath and I collaborate with my clients' own inner wisdom to encourage this natural movement to find meaning and joy. I use a variety of approaches to meet the client's needs and draw from Humanistic, Cognitive, and Jungian theoretical orientations as well as Narrative, Solution Focused, and EMDR in my practice to support my clients. I am passionate about working with women to help them recognize their strengths, build self esteem, define boundaries and find a voice. I now offer online scheduling on my website. As a Clinical Herbalist for a decade, I have developed a holistic approach to working with people and bring this approach to my therapy practice. The health of mind, body, heart and spirit are all vital to the therapeutic process, healing and growth.
