Hi, I’m Abby! As a therapist, I'm deeply committed to helping people reconnect with their inner-peace and sense of self, regardless of the difficulties they've faced. My goal is to build a partnership with you by creating a warm, safe, and non judgmental space for you to come as you are (yes, that means comfy clothes encouraged!). As a licensed clinical social worker, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals who have experienced various types of trauma and traumatic events often leading to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and the list goes on.
