Maybe you feel like you're on autopilot. Maybe you're overwhelmed, more reactive than you'd like to be, or feel defined by your past. We live in a world that tells us to figure it all out on our own— asking for help takes courage. I work with individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, frustrated, burnt out, lonely, and disconnected. Giving voice to your suffering can be scary but it can also be deeply healing. I aim to help clients find a greater sense of ease, clarity, and satisfaction in their lives. I believe that you are the expert of yourself and healing happens in the context of a safe therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll explore your strengths and struggles. We'll pay attention to your experience in the present moment and recognize areas of stuckness, creating opportunities to move past old patterns and engage with life in new ways.
