Working in a variety of environments as a therapist since 2010 has prepared me to help you feel your best! My specialties include anxiety, trauma, stress management, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, body image, and disordered eating. I've been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, an approach specifically created to help people heal from their trauma. I've received training and have worked with patients with eating disorders since 2019.
