As a Resident Therapist at Compassionate Living Now, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating transitions such as the shift into parenthood, rebuilding after infidelity, blending families and general relational conflict. My work is rooted in the belief that the quality of our closest relationships impacts our individual, familial, and communal wellness. I strive to honor the complexity of each client's unique relationship system, emphasizing emotional attunement, intergenerational patterns, and the tricky balance of fairness and trust in relationships. I earned my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Family Institute at Northwestern University where I trained in systems theory. My work also draws upon the frameworks of Integrative Systemic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Bowen Family Systems Theory to support lasting change in relationships.
