My ideal client is a child, adult, or family feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or impacted by difficult life experiences. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, self-esteem, or attachment challenges. They want to feel safe, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change. I offer a warm, empathetic, client-centered approach rooted in attachment theory, where clients are honored as the experts in their own lives.
