Now accepting new clients! I work with individuals age 16 and up, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. With experience in community mental health centers, in-home family services, and inpatient hospital settings, I draw from a wide range of perspectives to meet you where you are and support meaningful, goal-driven growth. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and PTSD, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing and lasting change. I utilize proven techniques such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to empower people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
