Problems in our lives are either self-imposed or imposed upon us by other means. The person is never the problem; the person has a problem. What we perceive might be different than the reality. Negative beliefs affect us mentally and physically. Misinterpretations and irrational or self-defeating beliefs can create unhappy feelings, self-doubt, stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, etc.
