My ideal client is someone who wants a supportive space to talk—whether they’re working through trauma, feeling overwhelmed, navigating relationships, or just needing to process daily life. You don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy. Many of my clients want to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples through telehealth, helping clients gain clarity, build coping skills, and feel more balanced in their day-to-day lives.
