If you're an LGBTQ+ adult struggling with alcohol or other substance use, you're not alone. Whether you're questioning your relationship with drinking, working toward sobriety, or looking to reduce use and regain control, I offer a direct, supportive, and affirming space to help you move forward. My practice focuses on substance use through a culturally aware lens, recognizing how stress, stigma, and identity can intersect with habits around alcohol and other substances. We’ll explore how your substance use fits into your life—what needs it may be meeting—and, more importantly, what change could look like for you.
