Many of us struggle with the wounds of our past, the pain we might be struggling with in our present, or the uncertainty of our future. Change can be scary; and sometimes it feels easier to stay in the known, even when that brings fear, pain, or resentment. You being here recognizes there is a part of you that is interested in changing. I come to you as a woman of color, a child of Indian immigrants, a mother, and a therapist – these roles influence my approach.
