I believe that each of us is innately whole and have the resources to heal and live authentically. Individual and generational trauma and oppressive systems disconnect us from ourselves and vital community. We feel unsafe, unseen, and stuck in a protective pattern of barely surviving. The symptoms we experience, if not annihilating, leave us disconnected, discouraged, drained. Using IFS and other tools for trauma treatment we will work together to tap into your inner resource of compassion and curiosity - reconnecting you with yourSelf and a path toward deep healing.
