We live in a fast-paced, demanding culture that can make it difficult to find balance, meaning, and joy in work, relationships, and family life. As a counselor in private practice for over 17 years, I’ve seen how cultural and economic pressures affect individuals and young families. I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, life transitions, and feeling stuck. I’ve recently expanded my practice to include ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, offered in collaboration with medical providers, with a strong focus on preparation, integration, and individualized care. I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, a newer therapeutic approach provided in collaboration with medical providers. With a strong focus on preparation and integration, this work can help clients access new perspectives and support change when traditional therapy hasn’t been enough.
