I work with young adult women who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, and people-pleasing. You may feel guilty for prioritizing yourself, taking responsibility for others’ emotions, or adapting to keep the peace, which can lead to emotional exhaustion, resentment, or a constant need for control. I work with women who want more than just a place to vent. My approach is supportive, direct, and growth-focused.
