Abby is trained in many different treatment modalities, and specializes in treatment specific to Veterans, First Responders, Healing Healers, Eating Disorders, and more. Abby is EMDR, REBT, DBT, and TF-CBT Trained. She has also taken many Advanced Trainings in EMDR, Trauma, and Grief. Abby strives to always meet clients where they are at, in order to help them achieve whatever their goals may be. Outside of work, Abby enjoys Harry Potter, True Crime Documentaries/TV Shows, building Lego sets, and spending time outside with her partner and their dogs.
