Hi! I’m so glad you’re here today. My name is Abigail Garcia-Garwicki, but you can just call me Abby, and I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland. I have had the pleasure of working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, parenting, life transitions, and trauma/PTSD just to name a few. I use a holistic approach of DBT, EFT modalities, as well as pulling from attachment and emotion based therapies. I want to create an environment where you can feel safe in exploring the uncomfortable and develop the skills to process the ups and downs life sends our way.
