Hi there! My name is Abbey Ferguson (she/her/hers), and I am honored to walk alongside you as we navigate this often difficult and beautiful life. I received my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and am a former Physical Therapist who received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University. In sessions, I take an empathetic and relationally-focused approach, and am very excited to create a collaborative environment! I’m interested in utilizing a variety of techniques that are oriented towards accepting all parts of ourselves, including Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing.
