Hi, I'm Abby! My approach to therapy has been helpful for clients who desire to break cycles, explore their racial, cultural, & sexual identities, reflect on childhood memories & family history, navigate anxiety & depression, process unresolved trauma, & anything else that is holding them back from feeling at home with who they are. When we begin to heal and unlearn internalized shame, we can live a life full of self-compassion & authenticity, become stronger advocates for our needs, & feel more secure in the relationships that mean the most to us.
