I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families who are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Many of the clients I support are feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward and are looking for a safe, supportive space to make sense of what they’re experiencing. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, abandonment issues, relationship challenges, and major life adjustments. I also offer career counseling and coaching, including support related to ADHD and life.
