About
My ideal client is someone who is open to self-exploration and ready to engage in the therapeutic process—even if they’re not quite sure where to begin. They may be navigating the impacts of trauma, neurodivergence (such as ADHD and/or Autism), or parenting challenges. Often, they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. They’re seeking practical tools for emotional regulation, better communication, or a stronger sense of identity and agency. Their goals might include improving relationships, reducing anxiety, increasing self-understanding, or healing from past experiences. I offer a collaborative, strength-based approach that honors each person’s unique story, needs, and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) Framework, behavioral therapy, and attachment theory.
