I have over 20 years of experience helping people of diverse backgrounds to navigate through difficult times in their lives. I listen carefully and work hard to understand how you feel. My areas of specialty include: navigating life transitions, overcoming traumatic experiences, processing grief, managing chronic illnesses, and improving communication/relationship, strengthening the mind-body connection, enhancing self-esteem, and cultivating stress management practices. I have extensive experience in working with couples and PTSD/complex trauma. I have considerable experience working with gay and straight couples, poly systems, and trans folks. Additionally, I have extensive experience helping individuals with complex, chronic pain and illness using EMDR and Pain Reprocessing therapy. I'm also very experienced in the care of those who have experienced PTSD and complex trauma.
