My ideal client is someone who may be struggling with challenges related to an incoherence between current lifestyle and future aspirations. This may be someone who identifies as having a past trauma (or traumas) that continue to impact current functioning. This may be someone who needs non-biased support and assistance to move toward a life unencumbered by the past. My ideal client may want to break free from negative beliefs that impact clients' view of self. My approach utilizes a value-based approach to movement towards personal goals. I will guide you while addressing inconsistencies and potential barriers, as well as celebrating successes along the way.
