I find myself drawn to working with individuals who may feel "stuck" but are ready to do the hard work of healing. This often includes people navigating addiction recovery who are working to rebuild their lives and relationships, and individuals struggling with anxiety or depression who feel like they're wearing masks in their daily lives. My ideal clients are those who may have tried therapy before but felt misunderstood or rushed through their healing process. They're looking for someone who won't pathologize their struggles but will sit with them through the difficult emotions and help them discover their own inner wisdom.
