Hi, I'm so glad you here. I'm Abigail. I enjoy working with older adolescents and adults who experience general life anxiety, social anxiety, LGBTQ+ concerns, and challenges with life transitions, as well as those stepping into recovery from trauma, substance use, and disordered eating. I offer a soft, warm space where clients can become more aware of patterns they’ve outgrown and learn to care for themselves in the present moment. I believe it is a privilege to get to know the most honest version of you, and my goal is to help bring out that authentic self so you can share it with others.
