I value collaborative efforts to create and obtain goals as well as to reduce personal discomfort. I work with children (5+), adolescents, and adults with varying presenting concerns such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), interpersonal relationships, and emotion regulation. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach and incorporate elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I also value mindfulness-based treatment, relaxation techniques, and art therapy.
