About
Deepening self-understanding both in the mind and the body is an essential part of both individual and relational healing—it helps us not only recognize where we've been, but also clarify what we truly need to inhabit the body we have and the life we’re in with more ease—and, dare I say, joy. Whether working one-on-one or with couples, I hold the belief that healing begins in relationship: with yourself, your mind, your body, your partner, the people around you, and even the earth beneath your feet. Through presence, attunement, and trust, you can cultivate clarity, connection, and purpose. I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems, Somatics, Polyvagal Theory, Yogic Philosophy, CBT, Buddhist Psychology, and meditation and mindfulness are typically a part of my sessions.
