I specialize in working with women navigating Complex PTSD (CPTSD) and attachment-related trauma, often showing up as anxiety, low self-esteem, or painful relationship patterns. Many of the women I work with feel exhausted or discouraged by these patterns, especially when they understand what's happening but still feel stuck. I help women move beyond insight and into embodied change, so attachment patterns can actually begin to shift.
